My name is Abel Anguiano.
I was born and raised in SoCal, one of the best places to live. Like you, I'm just a regular person wanting to make a difference in someone's life. My fitness journey has been one that has been tied to my faith. It has brought me out of dark places into a path of light. Outside of what I love doing, which is to preach and teach who Jesus is, I have found a desire to also want to share my knowledge of fitness and exercise and bring hope through it to those who are wanting to change their habits, lifestyles, and see long term results.

THE TRUTH
Throughout my journey, I've learned that anything is possible and we are all capable of anything. And through a healthy lifestyle, that means replacing the bad with good.
My path to where I am at today has been one of consistency and discipline. I've tried all the new trends and exercises but have found that it is simplicity that leads to consistency which leads to results.
The most important thing though, is not the results you will get, but who you become throughout the journey. That part is more important than any physical transformation.
